More Accessible Benefits Data Across Applied Epic

The May Benefits release puts Benefits data to work across more of Applied Epic®. Eight new Epic Forms expand Benefits coverage, including Extended Health, Dental, and Long-Term Disability. Recently added Benefits fields now flow into Epic Reports and across more of Applied Epic, and the Benefits Overview features drag-and-drop attachments and bulk activity actions for faster servicing.

Personal Lines Renewal Insights

Applied Epic® streamlines the most time-consuming part of renewals with Personal Lines Renewal Insights, which automatically compares current and renewal premiums, highlights policy changes, and benchmarks policies against similar ones using relevant policy data points. By leveraging this intelligent tool, Account Managers can quickly see what is driving a premium increase, such as claims activity, coverage changes, or market conditions, without digging through years of data or multiple sources, saving hours of manual work.

With quick access to intelligent renewal insights, brokerages can protect retention, improve efficiency, and deliver proactive, trusted client service for Personal Auto and Home policies across Canada. English and French activity codes are also supported, enabling renewal insights, notes, and attachments to align with the language requirements of your clients and organization.
